This plot sounds better than any of his latest movies.

examiner ~ "Michael Davis Sapir is accusing Tom Cruise, Bert Fields and P.I. Anthony Pallicano (who is now in jail) schemed to spy on him.

Tom Cruise has a history with the plaintiff. In 2001, Sapir claimed to have video evidence that proved Tom Cruise was gay. Cruise sued Sapir for $100 million dollars. The lawsuit was settled later that year.

In this new lawsuit which was filed on Friday, December 18, 2009, Sapir claims his phone was wiretapped by P.I. hired by Tom Cruise during the 2001 lawsuit.

Sapir is suing for 5 million dollars."

That' right. Scientology's Golden Boy accused of tapping phones. But if he's the only one that can help during an accident, shouldn't he start by tapping 911?

And Tom should remember, there's phone karma too.
