June 23, 2012 - Fox 25 News Oklahoma reporter, Malisa Mendelson, reports on Chanology/Anonymous protest at Narconon Arrowhead in Oklahoma where three deaths (Hillary Holten, Gabriel Graves and Kaysie Werninick) occurred recently at this Scientology Rehab Center. Narconons around the globe have faced scrutiny from government and health authorities, with Narconon Trois-Rivieres in Canada forced to close recently following in depth investigations. Narconon Arrowhead is also being investigated and could face the same outcome soon.

mcalesternews.com June 23 ~ The grieving mother of a 32- year-old man who died at Narconon Arrowhead joined a group of protesters called “Mothers against Narconon” on Saturday.
Shirley Graves, mother of Gabriel Graves who died at facility in October, stood silently holding a poster with picture of her son with several others were stationed at the Arrowhead Park Ranger station, less than a mile from the Narconon facility.
During the demonstration, a moment of silence was interrupted when a photographer from the direction of the Narconon facility proceeded to closely photograph Graves mother while she held the American flag and a picture of her deceased son.

When we say that we got support at this raid, you have no idea. People said how they'd missed us, a few people stayed and chatted for ages, we had 3 photographers come just for pics of the miniraid (one of which was our friend DN-Photos on Flickr), a guy bought us all coffee and said he was proud of us and the list goes on.
A decent turn-out considering that this was fairly improptu, 400+ fliers given out and I think we have some pretty awesome footage.
Montreal Anonymous protest looked pretty bleak at first, with only two of us at the beginning. Then more began appearing and we had a total of ten happy, frisky Anons.

This was a test protest to see if Montreal Police would hand out $500.00 fines for wearing Masks. A new Montreal City by-law prohibits the wearing of masks at any protest where there are more than three people.
A Case was filed by myself (David Love) recently with the Quebec Human Rights Commission - RE: Namely, the City of Montreal and Montreal Police are in breach of numerous Charter Violations - government is investigating and I expect an amendment soon - - with NO fines in the interim.
We basically spent the entire raid chalking the sidewalk and waiting for Domenic to come out and douse the sidewalk over and over and over again. SS, dude, you gotta do Dra's suggestion about the video and music. High hilarity.
Let's see. Well, when you're chalking and Domenic is throwing water at you time flies. We did have a pretty strong police response not too long after we go there. Four squad cars pulled up, with about five officers eventually standing in front of the Org.
Man, it was just like the old days! When the one officer gave us the standard instruction about not blocking sidewalk traffic he added in a little note about not stretching in front of the Org. No stretching? Yep. So of course I did some stretching later on.
At the end of the raid we spotted three kids wearing what looked to be EPF variant clothing. I followed towards the back door but they ran inside. SS should have some video of what they looked like for all of you.

Anonymous visited the Christopher Street Day 2012 in Berlin at June 23rd in Berlin. We had a huge banner, many informative flyers and pots of „Peeeeenis“-stickers.It was a heady atmosphere, many people gave us positive reactions, some were even enthusiastic.
Anonymous set an example and advocated acceptance and tolerance regarding trans-, metro-, bi- … and homosexuals. Scientology however is a homophobic cult and sees homosexuals as sexually perverted people.
The flyers gave the reader a lot of information about the homophobia the Cult of Scientology is preaching. And there – of course – was no Scientology-vehicle at the Christopher Street day although Scientology is (according to themselves) a connecting and tolerant “religion”. Weird, huh? In what should go down as one of the most skin-crawling audio tapes
in recent Scientology history, we hear a church operative repeatedly
challenge protester David Love to provoke an incident so that Love can find himself in a world of legal hurt.
Too smart to take the bait, Love calmly continued his picket of
Scientology's Montreal "org" yesterday, and didn't let on that he had a
digital recorder in his jacket running during the incident. On Village Voice's Running Scared blog, he tells us more about the recording below.
But what prompted yesterday's protest, he says, was a new bylaw in
Quebec that bans the wearing of masks during protests. Now, suddenly,
the local contingent of Anonymous members who usually picket the
Montreal org wearing Guy Fawkes masks have been stymied. So Love -- who
doesn't bother with a mask because he's already so well known to
Scientology -- decided to carry out a picket on his own.

cyberpresse.ca~ [translated] David Edgar Love and several masked protesters made themselves heard yesterday outside the Narconon facility in Trois-Rivières.
Sporting masks like the one V wore in V for Vendetta, the protesters wanted to get their message across to the public as well as to Narconon's patients. Brandishing signs on the roadside, the protesters were observed by some of the center's patients who were outside at the time. One of the placards said: "Run! Narconon = Cult of Scientology."
For David Edgar Love, Narconon represents a danger to patients. "They don't have the qualifications, they don't have the nurses, they don't have the doctors needed to treat patients," he says. According to Mr. Love, the treatments provided go so far as to endanger the lives of patients who receive them. "It does a lot of harm," he said.
Mr. Love explained that, when he was working for Narconon, his employer's advertisements touted a 70% success rate, but he says this claim was far from reflecting reality. He mentioned as evidence the example of a man who underwent detoxification at Narconon five times.
David Edgar Love is a former patient and former employee of Narconon Trois-Rivières. Mr. Love was admitted to Narconon in 2008 for a drug problem and he was hired there in 2009.
He has filed complaints with the Labour Relations Commission and the Human Right Commission. He argues that persons addicted to alcohol or drugs should be considered as persons with a handicap and should therefore have the same protection.
As a result of a regulation that took effect in July 2010, therapy centers for persons with addictions must obtain certification from Quebec. However, the process is taking longer than planned and not all centers have obtained this certification yet.
Last February, Mr. Love met with officials of the Mauricie and Central Quebec region Health Agency in connection with this certification.

John Sweeney Remembers Scientology Critic Shawn Lonsdale Shawn Lonsdale was a thorn in the side of the Church of Scientology in their Clearwater "Mecca" until one day he was found dead under mysterious circumstances. Every day he filmed them as they mysteriously traveled to and from auditing sessions. He termed his video coverage "Cult Watch". In this video, John Sweeney fondly remembers Shawn, whom he met whilst filming the first BBC Panorama programme, “Scientology and Me”.

Scientology Can't Even Clear A Sidewalk, Never Mind A Planet WWP ~ Scientologists continue to harass protesters in front of their building in Washington DC and as you can see in the video, they don't vary from their TECH on how to discourage critics. Also, remember, these are the (self-professed) most ethical people on the planet.
• Quote a law that doesn't exist (filming in public).
• Use calling police authorities as a threat.
• Question protester's motives (usually, they would first ask the protester why he's hiding his face behind a mask, but RP doesn't wear one).
• Ask if they're doing it, why are they doing it in that spot (as opposed to another location) and do it in a more productive way (lolwut?).
• Give false report to police (stating the protester was on their property).

• [AUG/27/10] AnonSParrow: So I had the status hearing today before Judge Macaluso. This takes the place of the original October 22 status hearing.
Moxon was there along with Kim Belotte, Sylvia Stanard and Vicki Turissi. Also, a surprise appearance by this Scientologist from Philly (Bruce Thompson). Why they would bring him to a status hearing (or at all) is beyond me.
So anyway, what happened today:
The judge said it was a moot point to pursue a TRO because the criminal complaint already enforces the stay away order. Moxon once again pressed the issue that if the criminal charges were dropped (for whatever reasons beyond his control) then it would be necessary to have this TRO to keep me away.
The judge told him that he is NOT getting the TRO and that should the criminal charges "go away", for whatever reason, then he can request an emergency hearing and one will be granted within 48 hours. So he said ok.
Then Moxon asked the Judge for permission to submit an amended complaint which she granted. She also granted my lawyer permission to submit a revised answer.
Moxon has until September 26 (iirc) to submit his and we have until October 15 to submit our answer.
The judge then set the upcoming trial events/hearings to be scheduled on what's called "Track 2" which is a medium pace for proceedings. My lawyer is going to forward that schedule to me but I don't think anything happens in the civil case now until late September.
The criminal case is set to begin with a similar status hearing like today's on September 10.
So that's all I've got for now. I will say that I like the judge so far. She seems like she is a no-nonsense/all-business kind of person. And in my opinion that is exactly what is needed in this case.
Take Down Of A Take Down...Of A Take Down
And since Kendrick Moxon's name came up in today's post, let's continue to look into what some are trying to eliminate from the public's view. Of course, we know, once something goes up on the the internet, it never goes away.

Note: the video-blogger's original video, where the soundtrack originated, (I believe) was taken down with a TOS violation also. Listen in, and you be the judge if it rates a violation.
WWP ~ While AnonSParrow is side-lined from protesting at Scientology's Washington DC IdleOrg because of pending legal restrictions, another member of Anonymous, RadioPaul, has risen to take his place voicing his opposition of the church's corporation's unethical operations.
One of the reasons Scientology is trying to stifle the protesting at one of their newer flagship Orgs is the demonstrators, along with discouraging newer recruits from joining, are documenting and broadcasting the fact that this organization is lying to their members and the press as to their booming stats and numbers. Well, needless to say, they are none to pleased at this situation.
In RadioPaul's latest video, we find a couple of 'SeaOrg'ers attempting to discourage said protester from filming the goings on at their particular Hubbardville meeting house. This time they use the don't film my child statement in an attempt to chill the effect of the videographer. But thanks to the magic of floating gray boxes, the youngster could be David Miscavige for all we know (he's a little short) and the supposed mother's uncanny rant still gets worldwide coverage.
No public, no new people are interested, and the staff is going bannanas because their stats are in the crapper. The whole baby thing is too much. If you didn't want someone to see your baby, you obviously wouldn't get in their face and pester them with the kid in the dang stroller. Do they really think they are going to accomplish something? LOL.

Also, as a sidenote: You'd think by now Scientologists would have figured out, when you speak into a protester's camera, there's a chance you could be speaking to the world. Anonymous is a worldwide UN-organization with worldwide broadcast capabilities. But then again, Hubbard never even mentioned the internet in any of his teachings, so how dangerous could it be to Scientology's existence?

Paulette Cooper's conflict with the Church of Scientology began in 1970 when the Church filed suit against her in British court for an article she wrote that was published in London's Queen magazine. An expansion of this, her first book, The Scandal of Scientology, came out in 1971; it was a critical exposé of the activities and beliefs of the Church of Scientology.
The book earned her more negative attention from members of the Church, and that same year saw a second lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court against her by the church. Further lawsuits and countersuits followed throughout the years, totaling nineteen suits from all over the world that Scientology instituted against Cooper, and three counterclaims that she instituted.
Through the years as she continued to expose the Church, Paulette Cooper was the target not only of litigation but of several harassment campaigns including a Scientology campaign known as Operation Freakout, the goal of which was to deter Cooper from criticism of Scientology by having her "incarcerated in a mental institution or jail or at least to hit her so hard that she drops her attacks." In a previous campaign titled Operation Dynamite the church sent itself forged bomb threats, purportedly from Cooper, using her typewriter and paper with her fingerprints on it; further plans included bomb threats to be sent to Henry Kissinger. The Church's campaign was discovered when the FBI raided Scientology offices in 1977 and recovered documents relating to the operation. The Church finally agreed to an out-of-court settlement with Cooper in 1985 in exchange for her discontinuing her legal actions against Scientology.
WWP ~ What started off with an ex-Scientologist voice his opinion in front of the Washington DC Scientology building has escalated into an all-out legal battle with Scientology corporation's top lawyer, Kendrick Moxon, taking on the 1st Amendment's right of free speech VIA a trumped-up stalking charge to silence the critic, AnonSParrow.
This is nothing new in Scientology's legal bag 'o tricks to discourage critics from airing their opinions, especially when it starts affecting Scientology's bottom line. In fact, Hubbard, Scientology's founder, even wrote a policy on it:
"The purpose of a lawsuit is to harass and discourage rather than
to win.... Don't ever defend. Always attack. Find or manufacture
enough threat against them to cause them to sue for peace. Originate
a black PR campaign to destroy the person's repute and to discredit
them so thoroughly they will be ostracized..."
"The law can be used very easily to harass, and enough harassment on somebody who is simply on the thin edge anyway, will knowing that he is not authorized, will generally be sufficient to cause his professional decease. If possible, of course, ruin him utterly."

• [unknown] Note: During this time AnonSParrow develops a following on YouTube. Also, bringing to the public eye how Scientology's ever-expanding numbers are just a deluded pipe-dream designed to bolster their recruitment.
• [JUL/10] AnonSParrow subtly "threatened/assaulted" by Scientologist in front of building. Police are flagged down. Complaints are ignored. Chanologists upset by lack of response, contact DC Police. DC Police forced to look into matter and Officer 3915's inaction.
• [JUL/10] AnonSParrow has conversation with investigating DC Police outside Scientology's DC building about Kim Bellotte's stalking report, and receives TRO info.
• [JUL/10] "AnonSParrow: I did file a police report that included the shooty mcshooter/camera grab, "V for Vendetta/we're going to kill you", and "things start to happen after dark"/fist pump.
When the police officer left my apartment on Monday (after viewing the aforementioned video parts), she said she was heading over to the org. to find this guy and tell him he cannot be touching me or gesturing in that manner anymore.
I told her that I wasn't sure if he would be there at that moment and she said if he isn't then she will go back until she finds him."

The term is often applied to those whom the Church of Scientology perceives as its enemies, i.e. those whose "disastrous" and "suppressive" acts are said to impede the progress of individual Scientologists or the Scientology movement.

At 10:00 am of the day of the hearing (scheduled for 3:00 pm), Kendrick Moxon (Kim Bellotte is now retaining Scientology's lead lawyer) drops off thick pack of additional evidence. At the meeting, "...the judge asks me if I'm representing myself or if I want an attorney. I explained to him that in the original complaint Kim Bellotte said she would be representing herself so I planned on representing myself but then Mr. Moxon showed up at my apartment with the evidence so I was caught off guard."
Judge sees through railroading of accused, grants postponement of hearing till August 12th, to Moxon's dismay. Also agreed upon is AnonSParrow's unwritten agreement that he and Belotte would stay away from each other until that time (no protests at Scientology's DC building). [document]
• [AUG/10] Fellow DC protesters fill the void created by AnonSParrows absence, by protesting a recruitment event BBQ at Scientology's building, thus hampering their recruitment attempts once again.

• [AUG/10] "...Brian Mandigo AKA Sparrow has been notified to turn himself in to face criminal charges no later than AUG-5-2010. The DC Police Department has decided to present Kim Bellotte's complaint of stalking to a prosecutor and they found cause to have a warrant issued for his arrest..."
• [AUG/10] ACLU contacted. Not interested in dealing with the criminal part of this case, "...Our attorneys are experienced civil litigators, but criminal cases involve an entirely different set of procedural rules and, broadly speaking, require a different sort of expertise. Because of this divide, the ACLU exclusively litigates civil actions, while other organizations (such as public defender services) specialize in criminal defense..."

Examples of Scientology's Legal History:
• 1977 Kendrick Moxon: was named as an unindicted co-conspirator after the Federal Bureau of Investigation's investigation into criminal activities by Scientology operatives called "Operation Snow White".
• 2009 LasVegas Swat Gets Duped By Scientology Lawyers: Justice of the Peace Eric Goodman on Thursday ordered Metro Police to return everything they seized in a midnight raid last month at the Las Vegas home of anti-Scientologist Colby Schoolcraft.
• 2008 Gregg Housh: Housh had registered his name with the city of Boston as the protest permit holder, and the Scientology organization obtained his name by requesting it from the city. Shortly afterwards, Housh was served with charges of trespassing, criminal harassment, and months later disturbing the peace and disturbing religious worship. The charges were proven to be false and fabricated.
On October 23, 2008, the Church of Scientology issued a press release incorrectly stating that Housh was a "self-proclaimed leader" of a local cell of a terrorist group called "Anonymous".After passing through the courts of four separate judges, Judge Thomas C. Horgan issued a one-year "continuance without a finding," effectively dismissing the charges.
• 1990's Keith Henson: declared bankruptcy in response to the judgment. Henson began protesting Scientology regularly, standing outside of Scientology's Gold Base, with a picket sign. The organization sought to obtain a restraining order, which failed.
As a result of this conflict, Henson was charged with three misdemeanors under California Law: making criminal threats, attempting to make criminal threats and threatening to interfere with freedom to enjoy a constitutional privilege.
Sheriff’s Detective Tony Greer, Riverside County lead investigator, said: "In reviewing all of the Internet postings I did not see any direct threat of violence towards the church or any personnel of the church."

Post-report of July.17.10 protest event from Radio Paul @ WWP in Washington DC:
We were meet by a DC two star (Asst Police Chief) and a bird (Commander) as well as a captain as soon as we showed up. I have not seen that much brass since I was in the military. It was clear to me that the video posting and complaints had an effect.
Also I spoke to the Captain and specifically discussed the prior event and he had told me he saw the video and did not feel it got to a level of a major concern, I stated I felt otherwise. He also made a statement to the larger group that seemed to contradict if he actually saw the video and when Sparrow asked if he could grab a Scientology camera was told no and then asked if they could grab his he again said no and if either side got in to the face of the other or there was any physical contact there would be an arrest of the guilty party. There were a total of five uniformed police officers and they as well as the captain we very professional and fair to each side.
One of the cult members complained that a Anon brushed against him and when the officer determined that it was an accidental brush, Sylvia who was not even present for the incident went to another officer and tried again to get Anon arrested. It was funny to watch Sue and Vicky sticking like glue to the Officer in charge never leaving him alone for more than a few moments and talking to him about everything from the weather to the evils on Anonymous. No. Not the radio show. Two separate Scientology protests on two different coasts popped up in the news over at WWP this morning.Videos of both are provided.
No.1: AnonSparrow assault in Washington DC
The following email that was forwarded to the DC Internal Affairs Metro Police about the protest in the video below sums up what happened nicely:
I would like to report officer 3915 for refusing to file a report concerning an assault on a protester. The victim was approached by a Scientologist exiting the Scientology building making gun gestures towards the protester.
Then, the same Scientologist moved within the protester's personal space and aggressively grabbed his videocamera, trying to take it away from the protester. After finally letting go of the protester's videocamera, the scientologist then proceeded to question the protester about military service while grabbing the protester's dogtags and trying to pull those off.
This is clearly aggressive behavior that is by law, assault. The officer watched a witnesses videotape and dismissed it with no valid reasons. The officer went on to mock the protester's claim that he would put the video on the internet by saying that he would be surprised if anyone watched it. By refusing to file a report, this sends the message that your department condones violent and aggressive behavior in society.
As of this e-mail, there have been hundreds of views in less than 24 hours. Officer 3915 has refused to fulfill his duty and this matter should be investigated and dealt with, in a thorough manner. Looks like AnonSparrow's little kerfuffle involving his camera and the Tracy Morgan wannabe Scientologist [see above video] rilled up some local Anons into action for another protest. Hubbard's ancient rules include dead-agenting, or intimidating the attacker. Scientologists have yet learn that their 1950's technique seems to have the same effect as kicking a hornets nest in the age of the internet. At any rate, to borrow one of their phrases: Scientology, you pulled it in.
