Doh! Bart's Voice Sued Over Late Fiance's Debt

...and yes, there's scientology involved
nancy cartwright voice of bart simpson
postchronicle.com ~ The voice of Bart Simpson, Nancy Cartwright, has become a defendant in a $260,000 lawsuit involving her late fiance's support of the Church of Scientology with siphoned insurance funds.

radaronline.com ~ [view the Cartwright/Yo Nancy lawsuit]

Nancy Cartwright, 53, and one of her companies, Yo Nancy Inc, is facing damages and a huge payout after her fiance's construction company, Brackett Construction Inc, allegedly diverted funds from money paid to it by two two construction insurance companies: American Safety Casualty Insurance Company and National American Insurance Co.

steve brackett construction chapter 7 technorati.com ~ Cartwright's fiance apparently leaped to his death from the Highway 1 Bixby Bridge on the Big Sur Coast. A hiker found Brackett, 54, about 5:30a.m. on May 29th 2009, said Dan Robison, a detective with the Monterey County Sheriff's Coroner division.

Brackett, who was supposed to be visiting friends, disappeared that Sunday. Robison said Brackett died from injuries suffered after the nearly 200-foot fall from the bridge.

There were no indications of foul play, and friends and relatives of Brackett said he was despondent because of financial troubles with his business, Robison said. [ more on Brackett's death and connections to Scientology @ WWP ]

Before his death, Brackett's company, Brackett Construction, was apparently working on a $485,000 job, rebuilding the Hollywood eatery Off Vine Restaurant after a fire gutted it in April 2008.

Two insurance companies sue: Nancy Cartwrightcourthousenews.com ~ The company was unable to finish the project and filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy one month after Brackett's death, according to the Superior Court complaint. When Brackett's company filed for Chapter7 in June after his death, it had accrued $1,817,663 in debt, and was showing only $67,400 in assets.

He and Cartwright belong to the church, and in fact, he did only a portion of the work he was hired to do for ASCIC, while he certainly was a bigwig and power donor in the Church of Scientology. Steve had been affiliated with the Church of Scientology since as far back as 1979, when he is listed as having reached "clear" status. Brackett is also listed as a Gold Meritorious IAS member, which signifies he's contributed at least a $1 million to Scientology.(I guess Steve got all caught up in keeping-up-with-the Jones' Cartwrights)

Scientology + Business = Trouble
Scientology and business mix about as well as Homer and nuclear energy. There's always seems to be a disaster looming around the corner. Take for example Tom Cruise's movie-making status: pretty much tanked since he went on his clear the planet binge.

And Rev. Rex Fowler, allegedly shot his business partner and then screwed up while trying to kill himself earlier this year. Even Nancy, with her Bart Simpson Scientology robo-telemarketer call for Scientology, as reported below by CNN. Yeah, her bosses over at Fox were real happy about that one.

Fowler Software Double Shooting 1 Dead, 1 Injured [update]

Tommy Ciancio, 42 - Rex Fowler, 58Search Warrants Issued
denver post ~ "The Adams County Sheriff's Office continued its investigation Monday into a double shooting last week that left one man dead and one man in critical condition.

The Sheriff's Office plans to execute search warrants for vehicles at Fowler Software Design, where Tommy Ciancio, 42, was fatally shot Wednesday. Rex Fowler, 58, was still in critical condition Monday at Denver Health Medical Center.

Ciancio, who was chief operating officer at Fowler's computer company, initially was thought to be the gunman. However, the coroner ruled that his death was a homicide.

Sheriff's Capt. Michael McIntosh said the department has requested an interview with Fowler, but his medical condition did not allow that.

fowler softwareUpdated information obtained from one witness: "...My office is right across the street from the crime scene approx. 300 feet away & several people in my building watched the events unfold for the entire 4-5 hours.

We first noticed a lot of police cars showing up on the scene. This is not unusual as there is a halfway house right next to the crime scene. The police are there often. Then we noticed that the police were bent over a person laying on the sidewalk. When they finally got him to sit up I could see that the side of his head & the entire front of his shirt were bright red. I realized it had to be blood. Two officers helped the man to his feel & put handcuffs on him. (absolutely positive about this. Heidei McGuire the channel 9 News reporter confirmed it with police & said so on the air.)

fowler software On the news that night they stated that it is standard police policy to handcuff everybody who is in the building or possibly involved until they can sort out who is the victim & who is the suspect. Next they walked the man a half a block to the ambulance. He was a little wobbly but walked all the way.

While this was going on we noticed there was no traffic on 84th street & as more police vehicles were pulling up they were parking sideways to the crime scene building. All the police were looking towards the building & there were a lot of guns drawn, all pointed towards the building.

denver swat team I don't know what "area search" the news people were talking about. There was never any question that the building was where the suspect was. We heard on the radio that there were 2 people shot at one point. So the police were completely focused the entire time on the building where Tom Ciancio was eventually found.

We did not witness any "searching the area". The police went to several houses & business's (Burger King & The Vets Clinic) & evacuated the occupants. They told other business's to keep everybody inside that "there is an active shooter".

denver swat teamAt one point I counted over 22 police cars (marked & unmarked) at least 10 SWAT vehicles & numerous ambulances & fire trucks & over 70 law enforcement personnel, including Snipers right outside our windows. We heard one of the snipers say that he had "a clear shot through all the basement windows".

About 3 hours after the whole thing started we heard that Tom Ciancio's sister was in route to the site. Right then the SWAT team came around the corner of 83rd ave. & Elati st. There were about 25 of them marching in formation towards the building in full SWAT dress. It was very impressive. They paused a minute in front of the building before quickly going in. They came out about 20-25 minutes later. We heard on the police scanner website that the suspect was found dead inside..."

rex fowler facebook
VIA Admin at WWP: I have been sent information about the injury suffered by Rex Fowler, which has been passed to me by someone who says they have a connection to the family.
He has an entry wound (bullet hole) under the chin. The bullet traveled through his tongue, through the roof of his mouth, through the sinuses, through the frontal lobe and exited out the top of his head.
His mouth is wired shut and he is heavily sedated.

Scientology Says "Blow Your Brains Out"

bang-bang, shoot-shoot, happiness is a warm gun, yeah-yeah

Jan08 thesun.co.uk: A controversial Scientology orientation film, featuring wooden acting and cheesy dramatic music, is said to have been made in 1996 and filmed at one of the church's introductions.

It was pulled (in 2008) from websites such as YouTube after the church complained. A Church of Scientology spokesman was quoted as saying the film was "stolen" and put up on the web.

The video, thought to have been made in 1996, features Hollywood actors John Travolta and Kirstie Alley, who says without Scientology, "I would be dead".

The film also rubbishes modern medicine, saying, "pyschology and psychiatry are proven failures ... stone age." And controversially, the narrator says it is up to the viewer to make the decision about becoming a Scientologist - likening it to suicide.

The narrator says, "If you leave this room after seeing this film, and walk out and never mention Scientology again, you are perfectly free to do so. "It would be stupid, but you can do it. You can also dive off a bridge or blow your brains out - that is your choice. But, if you ... continue with Scientology, we will be very happy with you - and you will be very happy with you."

Bart Simpson's Ex-Fiancee Takes Own Life

rank & file scientologists coverup suicide with head-on collision yarn
5/29 Monterey County Herald "Los Angeles man dies after fall from bridge. The body of a Los Angeles man, who apparently leaped to his death from the Highway 1 Bixby Bridge on the Big Sur Coast, was discovered Thursday. A hiker found Stephen Brackett, 54, about 5:30a.m., said Dan Robison, a detective with the Monterey County Sheriff's Coroner division.

Brackett, who was supposed to be visiting friends, disappeared Sunday. Robison said Brackett died from injuries suffered after the nearly 200-foot fall from the bridge. There are no indications of foul play, and friends and relatives of Brackett said he was despondent because of financial troubles with his business, Robison said.

Steve Brackett was to marry Nancy Cartwright, a Scientologist that is famous for the voice of Bart Simpson, in spring of 2008, but that was canceled sometime after the fall of 2007. From Variety AUGUST 2007 "...Cartwright will wed high-end general contractor Steve Brackett. The only two words she revealed about the wedding ceremony: 'MARCHING BANDS'..."

Rank and file Scientologists have decided to lie about Brackett’s death by saying he died in a head-on collision. This is being done to protect the belief system of Scientology, as it is believed by Scientologists that Brackett possessed supernatural abilities due to his achieving the church’s exalted state of OT. The state of OT, according to the church’s pseudo-science, is a state where one is “knowing and willing cause over life, thought, matter, energy, space and time.”

Unfortunately, Brackett had run into trouble on various construction projects and recently lost several arbitration settlements, one of which cost him $300,000. He was scheduled to go to Flag, Scientology’s top church, soon, as a plane ticket had been purchased. More than likely, this visit was intended to help him sort out his recent woes using Scientology’s expensive pseudo-science counseling techniques.

As of 2006, he was listed in IAS as GOLD MERITORIOUS $1 MILLION donor (IMPACT #115). The minister also informed those in attendance at the funeral that Brackett used Scientology administrative principles in his business and how he donated heavily to the church. Steve and Nancy Cartwright are listed as major IAS donors. He was also a major donor and spokesman for the Super Power Project (note: a key contributor is a $100,000.00 DONATION).

To sum up, another scientologist spends all kinds of money to get on Hubbard's Bridge to Total Freedom only in the end, to jump off it.

Bart Simpson's Scientology Robocall

Nancy Cartwright, the voice of Bart Simpson and a devoted scientologist, is using her trademark cartoon voice as part of a robocall encouraging people to attend a Scientology event in Los Angeles.
The original video with Bart images was yanked from YouTube, which says that it was "no longer available due to a copyright claim by Twentieth Century Fox." They sure found that infringement a lot faster than usual. No worries, here's the audio [left] without the cartoons.
