Tom Cruise (hoax) Won't Die. Again.

tom cruise wont die nzherald.co.nz ~ Tom Cruise has not died at Kauri Cliffs - again. His career died long ago, but for some reason, the New Zealand hoax won't. At any rate, it's the second time the actor hasn't died after not falling from the cliffs. Kauri Cliffs receptionist Sandy Hafner hadn't heard the rumor and had no idea why the lodge was so popular with hoaxers.

Cruise confirmed he was alive in an interview with MTV News. "I'm really alive," the actor said from London. "Did the internet get it wrong again?" [No Tom, one of your body thetans must have been play golf there].

Cruise didn't die there in 2008 either. But this time, according to the latest Cruise rumor which began on Friday, had some bizarre variations: one version had the actor dying in New Zealand after a plumbing accident [did the other involve a tailpipe?]

Yesterday the local police station had yet to receive calls about the incident involving the two timing actor, but local officer seem to have a sense of humor on the subject, noting "it would be a very small coffin".

I wonder if Tom, being an avid Scientologist, ever ran across this Hubbard quote: Scientology. It works, but think twice about playing golf in New Zealand.

Scientology + Politics = 'Do Not Want' [video]

tom cruise prison sweetheart HuffPo ~ Nevada GOP Senate Hopeful Features Prisoner Massages, Mani-Pedis In Attack Ad: Sue Lowden, Nevada's GOP U.S. Senate favorite, goes all crazy on her Tea Party rival Sharron Angle for the Scientology prison massages (better known as the Narconon Purif) she loves!

lasvegassun ~ Angle has removed the claim that she, along with actresses Kelly Preston and Jenna Elfman, approached Sen. John Ensign to sponsor legislation prohibiting school employees from requiring students to take psychotropic drugs, such as anti-depressants. Preston and Elfman are high-profile members of the Church of Scientology, which does not believe in the use of psychiatric drugs.

Instead, Angle’s website, sharronangle.com, says only that Ensign sponsored a bill “at Angle’s request.”

The apparent scrubbing of her website of the potentially controversial issue — critics of Scientology call it a cult — comes as Angle gains ground in the Republican primary, which has narrowed to a three-way race to take on Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.

Sue Lowden GOP Senate Ad

If Angle had done a little homework on the net, instead of getting all starry-eyed around Scientology's Hollywood spokesholes, she might have learned that neighboring New Mexico had already dealt with that style group, minus the promised results.

Albuquerque pulls plug on Second Chance
krqe.com ~ A controversial drug-rehab center organized on elements of Scientology is being evicted for housing inmates convicted of violent crimes, Albuquerque's mayor said Friday. The eviction notice gives Second Chance until the end of the next month to wind down the operation housed in a former city jail on Albuquerque's northwest mesa. So far there has been no response from Second Chance.

For the 46 inmates now housed at Second Chance it appears that in a matter of weeks they'll be sent back to the county jails from which they came. For those who work there, the future is less certain. "They simply didn't live up to their end of the agreement," Mayor Martin Chávez said. Chávez ordered the lease terminated, and eviction proceedings have begun. [more @ krqe]

Scientology's OT's Responsible for Droughts? [pic]

Rain, Rain, Go Away. Come Again Some Other Day.
Scientology OT Phenomena Tales The Washington Post has the following article: When a drought is not a drought?

voices.washingtonpost ~ "...But although we in the D.C. area usually experience at least one or two rainless stretches each summer, does the long-term average really substantiate the perception held by some that summertime drought is common here? The answer may surprise you..."

One explanation that isn't brought up in the article and for good reason is the following. Warning: put on your Hubbard space-helmets and set your Operating Thetan decoder ring to unbelievable, 'cause we're going into the wild and woolly world of Miscavige's pulp fiction publication known as OT Phenomena, Tales from the other side of the OT Levels.

In it [several photo copied pages] we've got everything from wishing away wind-shear on a plane to making phone-calls without a phone (can you hear me now?).

But the best of them all? Creating force-fields because they forgot an umbrella:
"...I was on a business trip. The rain was falling down by the bucketful. I stepped out of my car onto the protected lot, but I had to cross the street to get into the building on the other side. Not wanting to get wet, I mocked up a force field to stop the rain. Slowly the rain came to a halt and I was able to cross the street comfortably..."
Well, that's all well and fine for Mr. I'll Melt in the Rain, but does it mention anybody turning off these invisible floating parasols?

Nope. For all we know all these discarded electromagnetic oscillations are gathering together to form hovering rain deflectors twice the size Wala Wala, Washington. And who knows how many cloud-pluggers Scientologists have created over the past sixty years. Think about that the next time you can't water your even-day petunias on an odd day. Scientology. It's a dry heat, and it helps people.

Examples of Scientology Financial Fraud [1996 video]

nick xenophon on cults sophisticated techniques of manipulation the australian ~ INDEPENDENT senator Nick Xenophon has challenged Australia's top law officers to not be "wimps" and bring in anti-cult legislation similar to laws operating in France.

The senator said it was time for the reform proposal to be put on the agenda of the next meeting of the standing committee of attorneys-general.

"These cults and sects are using increasingly sophisticated techniques of manipulation and our current laws have not kept up with these tactics,"he said,"Innocent people are losing their fortunes and their freedoms to these cults, and it's up to legislators to create better laws to protect them.

And how long has this type of sophisticated technique of manipulation been going on? For quite some time. For example, below is a British TV documentary, The Big Story: Scientology - The S Files, that aired in 1996.

It features: disconnection, financial ruin, revealing personal secrets and suicides, just to name a few. And oddly enough, the Scientology spokesperson in this video, Mike Rinder, who denies any and all wrongdoing by the Church of Scientology, is now experiencing the very harassment he was denying, now that he too has left the cult. Goes to show how much you can trust what Scientology says.

Space Cult Terraforms Secret Base

A Look at Scientology's Secret Base
scienceblogs.com ~ The Twin Peaks base houses a vault full of Scientology's precious scripture. It's also a place to hide if WWIII breaks out. And it's a place where celebrities can come and escape. But judging by all the high fences and UltraBarrier, it's also a prison camp. [cont. w/video]

Can't See the Forest for the Trees
ALIENxing twin peaks californiaWWP ~ Following a couple of unannounced protest raids at their sooper dooper sekrit base on Old Squirrel Inn Road in Twin Peaks, California the Church of Scientology scrambled!

Seems thousands of dollars worth of container trees along with piles of gravel suddenly appeared (possibly beamed down from the mothership?).

Also reported seen were workers (il/legal aliens, lol) feverishly slaving away to landscape (or terraform in space-talk) the compound. I guess Xenu's cloaking device must be in the shop for repairs (those eternal batteries just never seem to live up to their name). See construction photos here.

Scientology's New Mexican UFO Base Next?
The next base on the list, working east, would be Trementina Base, in New Mexico, if terraforming is going to be a habit of Scientology. Hummm, how much would it cost to plant a whole forest in the middle of the desert?
Biggest Little Alien Landing Strip in the West
wikipedia.org ~ An aerial photograph showing the base's enormous Scientology symbols on the ground caused media interest and broke the story in November 2005. According to a Washington Post report, the Church's first reaction was to attempt to suppress the information:

scientology trementina base KRQE The church tried to persuade station KRQE not to air its report last week about the aerial signposts marking a Scientology compound that includes a huge vault "built into a mountainside," the station said on its Web site. ... Based in Los Angeles, the corporation dispatched an official named Jane McNairn and an attorney to visit the TV station in an effort to squelch the story, KRQE news director Michelle Donaldson said.

The church offered a tour of the underground facility if KRQE would kill the piece, the station said in its newscast. Scientology also called KRQE’s owner, Emmis Communications, and “sought the help of a powerful New Mexican lawmaker” to lobby against airing the piece, the station reported on its Web site.
Well, we can see by the video below how all that turned out:

Scientology Raids: Secret Files, Secret Bases

'Dossiers on Enemies' Found in Italian Scientology Raid
italian police raid scientology
theregister ~ Italian police reportedly unearthed hidden dossiers on 'enemies' during a raid on Church of Scientology offices in Turin. The files, apparently discovered behind locked doors in a basement office, allegedly contained personal information on judges, police officers and journalists identified as hostile to the Church.

Details on former Church members who have turned against Scientology were also reportedly recovered from handwritten files and computer records seized following a nine-hour search of the premises. No arrests took place, UPI adds.

The bust was reportedly authorized by local magistrates over concerns the local chapter of Scientology was holding sensitive personal data (including information on health and sexual orientation) in violation of Italy's privacy laws, the Daily Telegraph reports.

Secret Base Raided By Scientology Protesters

Well, a not so secret scientology hide-a-way (anymore) was visited by some road-tripping LA protesters. The Twin Peaks compound described by one of the protesters,

"...if you thought the strange town of David Lynch's "Twin Peaks" was unpredictable wait until you visit the Scientology owned escape near Twin Peaks, San Bernardino, southern CA. This charmingly designed mountain hamlet features a beautiful view, elegant architecture and a Gyro Gym. [As a] plus, its fences are topped by UltraBarrier™, the durable, maintenance-free stainless steel deterrent that conveys the 'message' without the prison appearance of razor wire...",

but that's not all. In the video we've got dogs. We've got bears. We've got little old ladies manning guard shacks! Oh my!

Update: I guess they're expecting some more unwanted guests, because a huge privacy landscaping project is reported as starting up there.

Top CCHR Scientologist Accused of Child Rape Cover-Up [video]

Jan Eastgate President of Citizens Commission on Human Rights International. news.com.au ~ A SENIOR Scientologist has been accused of covering up a case of sexual abuse by telling the young victim to lie to the police. Carmen Rainer says she was coached by Jan Eastgate after revealing she'd been abused by her stepfather when aged between seven and 11-years-old.

At the time, Ms Eastgate was head of the Australian wing of a Scientology commission which campaigns against psychiatry. She's now international head of the Citizens Commission on Human Rights International.

Ms Rainer's mother, Phoebe, says when she learned of her daughter's abuse she decided to speak to somebody that could help. "My first thought was the chaplain in Scientology," she told ABC TV. But Ms Rainer says the Sydney church told her she was to blame "because I'd been bad in a past life".

Carmen Rainer"I believed them. I was eleven and that's what I knew, I grew up believing what they believed." Ms Rainer said Ms Eastgate told her to lie to police and community services about the abuse, which occurred some 30 years ago. She was told to tell the police she didn't want her stepfather to go to jail.

"The church got involved and sent Jan Eastgate over to drill me and tell me what to say to the police and DoCS," MS Rainer said,"She kept repeating 'Just say no'. You can't tell them ... because otherwise you will be taken away from your parents and you'll never see your family again'."

Ms Eastgate has denied the allegations, according to ABC TV. She's labeled them "egregiously false".

Alligations of Systemic Child Abuse Within Scientology [video]

Calls for Judicial Inquiry into Scientology
Scarlett Hanna, Vicki Dunstan, Mark HannaWest Australian ~ Independent senator Nick Xenophon has called for a judicial inquiry into the Church of Scientology following further claims of systematic abuse of members.

The daughter of the president of the Church of Scientology in Australia has claimed many children who have grown up in the organization have been subjected to physical and emotional abuse. Scarlett Hanna, whose mother Vicki Dunstan is the president of the group in Australia, has alleged children, including herself, were separated from their parents, denied food and healthcare and subjected to psychological abuse.

Ms Hanna, in an interview on ABC Television on Tuesday night, said she was separated from her father for a number of years, after he was sent overseas by the organization as a form of punishment. She also said children were forced to live apart from their parents in groups of up to 25, and that children were made to feel like "cattle".

Senator Nick XenophonXenophon states,"Too many people have come forward with sickening tales of systemic abuse within this organization,". The allegations made by Ms Hanna were so serious that a judicial inquiry with the powers of a Royal Commission was needed to investigate the activities of the church. "We have allegations of child abuse, coerced abortions, false imprisonment, bullying and extortion. Surely the victims of Scientology deserve a proper inquiry," the Senator added.

The Church of Scientology said the claims made by Ms Hanna were between her and her family and refused to comment directly on the allegations.

More Abuse Down at the OT Corral
Palmdale, CAAstra Woodcraft Interview / Part Five:The Mace Kingsley Ranch [realmedia]
Astra: Before I was in the Sea Organization, I was about 13. And there was a place called the Mace Kingsley Ranch. It was in Palmdale, about 30 minutes outside of Los Angeles. And it was run by a man named Wally Hanks who was OTVII. He was one of the highest level Scientologists. He was very well known and revered and he used to do briefings to people on how to handle their children.

And a lot of the children at Mace Kingsley Ranch were considered problem children. Their parents had gone into the Sea Org and they [the children] wouldn't go. Or their parents were in Scientology and they [the children] didn't want to be in Scientology. For one reason or another, they were considered a problem child.

I [Astra] had had a few beers and so had he [Wally]. And so had everyone else. And he put his hand down my shirt and down my bra and started feeling me. And I…it really scared me and I asked my friend later, I said, "What's Wally doing? Why did he do this?" And she said, "Oh. Don't worry. He just does that with the girls. That's just what he does but don't worry about it."

Astra: Well, because he was an OTVII, they had said they weren't going to declare him officially because it would be bad public relations for people to hear that an OTVII molested children and got declared. So, they quietly ousted him from the Church. They quietly said, he's declared.

wally hanks Stacy (interviewer): But did they report him to the authorities?

Astra: No. They never reported him…at least not to my knowledge. The report said nothing about it. They said…it was a handling. It's, like, "he's been doing this and what we're going to do is we're going to oust him but we're not going to officially declare him. We're not going to tell people about it because it's bad public relations" because he was an OTVII.

Astra: And, just anytime you did something wrong, you were paddled. Wally was a very big man and he had a paddle. And all of us would sit around-this happened the first time I went up there to visit-sit around on the sofa and the person who is being paddled stood in the middle of the room and Wally would paddle them with this paddle. And it made them cry. And then he would put a little notch on it for paddling them and that was the punishment. [complete transcript]

UPI ~ Most fans of the Comedy Central show "South Park" said the creators of the animated series should be allowed to lampoon anything they want, a poll indicates.

The animated show ran into controversy when its 200th episode depicted the Prophet Mohammed wearing a bear costume. Many Muslims consider any physical representation of Mohammed sacrilege.

While 58 percent of male respondents said South Park should be allowed to use any images they want, 33 percent of female respondents said the satirical cartoon should not feature any offensive religious images.

In past episodes, South Park has poked fun at religions including Christianity, Judaism and Scientology [see below poll].

Inside Edition: Jason Lee Obsessed with Scientology [video]

technorati.com(Dawn Olsen) ~ In an interview with Inside Edition, Carmen Llywelyn, an actress and photographer details how her marriage to actor Jason Lee (My Name Is Earl) was destroyed by his obsession with Scientology...

Inside Edition: Jason Lee's Ex Says He's Obsessed with Scientology

"Actor Jason Lee has built a career playing nice guys. He was a lovable goofball on the sitcom, My Name Is Earl and starred in the movie Alvin And The Chipmunks.

But his ex-wife Carmen Llwelyn-Lee says the actor is obsessed with Scientology, and that their marriage ended when she became disillusioned with the controversial church.
"Every fiber in my being was saying no, no, no," said Carmen.

The couple married in 1995 and Carmen soon found herself hanging out with Tom Cruise and his then wife Nicole Kidman, who Carmen says, was apparently not a fan of Scientology. Carmen said, "He said 'me and Nic, we're Scientologists too' and she just looked at him. And I knew immediately there's something going on here."

The more she learned about Scientology, Carmen says, the more she resisted it's teaching. She says she became what Scientologists call a 'suppressive person' or 'S.P.' Tom Cruise ridiculed SPs in a Scientology video that was posted online.

Without warning, Carmen says her husband of six years abruptly told her their marriage was over. "He comes home, he says, 'I'm divorcing you. Get out.' "

Carmen Llywelyn no no no to scientologyShe says she was ostracized and that even her manager, a Scientologist, dumped her. "I got a letter from her saying I'm not in your life anymore. I'm gone. I don't represent you and by the way, I called your agent and she doesn't represent you either," said Carmen.

Carmen says it was clear if she wasn't a devoted Scientologist, her marriage to Jason Lee was over. Referring to Jason Lee's stand on their relationship, Carmen said, "It became apparent. If you're not into Scientology, we do not exist."

Nicole Kidman's representative told INSIDE EDITION that Kidman was never a Scientologist and has always been a Catholic."

Xenophon's Win Kick-Starts "Operation Sheila" [video]

aussie anons After yesterday's announcement of Senator Xenophon's legislation on the need for charities and religious organizations to meet a Public Benefit Test before receiving tax exempt status, it didn't take Anonymous long at all to kick-start an information project to aid in Xenophon's quest.

"Operation Sheila", just forming as of this printing, shows once again how fast and what a leaderless group can accomplish in such short notice via the internet these days.

Here's a sneak-peek at the trailer:

Operation Sheila

  1. Purpose: The purpose of Operation Sheila shall be to influence the upcoming inquiry in a favorable manner and thus ultimately end the tax exempt status of the so-called "Church of Scientology" in Australia and the United Kingdom.

  2. Means: As this is a political operation, political measures apply. This is threefold:

    1. Contribute favorable information. Collect and organize information on disconnection, child labor, RPF, financial exploitation, abuse, long hours, bad staff, sea org conditions and pay.
Focus, but do not restrict info on Australia and New Zealand. Put overview infomation in EASILY READABLE printed form, have single cases listed on dedicated website.

    2. Anticipate counterinformation (disinformation) and prepare counter-counterinformation to be readily available when the opposite side enters it into the discussion.
It is likely that the "Church of Scientology" will outline NARCONON, CRIMINON, CCHR, applied scholastics and personal success stories of celebrities and public scientologists as their positive contribution to society. Form a task-force for each respective field to gather and organize debunking information.

    3. Lobbying. Anonymous does not have financial resources for binding lobbyism, so lobbying must take form in positive feedback. Have a support rally commence in front of House of Parliament on the day the inquiry opens. Repeat monthly. Support mails to all members of the commission are a must, extend support to their constituency offices.

  3. Start: Immediate, May 2010

  4. End: August 2010

  5. Resources: WWP sub-forum (yet to be formed), ex-scientologists, ozfags, anony-geeks (for website), donations (for printing)
We are Anonymous.
We do not forgive.
We do not forget.
Expect us.

Xenophon Gets His Way. Scientology, Not So Much.

update: The aussie press finally got around to publishing a blurb (that was picked up by google) this afternoon.

Tax status of charities, religions under review
abc.net.au ~ Well the Senate has agreed to hold inquiries in the laws regarding the tax exempt status of religions and charities. Independent Senator Nick Xenophon has proposed a test which asks groups to demonstrate whether their activities are of public benefit or cause harm before being granted tax exempt status.

The inquiry was sparked by allegations of serious abuses within the Church of Scientology. And we obviously have a problem with that piece, but Senator Nick Xenophon, in any case, says the Senate inquiry will not focus on a single group. He says any religious or charitable organizations found to have harmed individuals should lose their tax exempt status.

Xenophon Secures Inquiry Into Public Benefit Test For Charities and Religions
xenophon we winWWP(tinydancer) ~ Independent Senator for South Australia Nick Xenophon has welcomed a Senate Committee Inquiry announced today into legislation on the need for charities and religious organizations to meet a Public Benefit Test before receiving tax exempt status.

The Inquiry, to be conducted by the Senate Economics Committee, results from a Private Senator’s Bill which would require religious and charitable institutions to demonstrate public benefit through their aims and activities before being granted tax exempt status.

The Private Senator’s Bill was sparked by allegations of serious abuses within the Church of Scientology in Australia and overseas.

"This proposed amendment is no threat to charities or religions acting in the public good," Nick said. "It is simply designed to ensure that people who derive benefit from the Australian taxpayer actually provide benefit to the Australian people through good works."

A similar public benefit test has operated in the UK since 2006, and crucially under the UK model, any identifiable benefit is balanced against any detriment or harm.

xenophon vs scientology"For more than six months we have heard devastating allegations of abuse within the Church of Scientology. We have heard allegations of coerced abortions, false imprisonment, stalking, harassment, extortion, obstruction of justice, and serious labour violations," Nick said. "This test would ensure that these harms would have to be taken into account when deciding whether an organisation receives tax exempt status."

"Right now, it is effectively open slather," Nick said. "If you call yourself a religion you can get tax exempt status. This situation should be unacceptable to all Australian taxpayers."

Under the Bill a Public Benefit Test would include the following principles:

• There must be an identifiable benefit arising from an organisations aims and activities

• The benefit must be balanced against any detriment or harm; and,

• The benefit must be to the public or a significant section of the public and not merely to individuals with a material connection to the entity.

This approach is also supported by the finding of the Henry Review into taxation. "This amendment will ensure taxpayer support goes only to groups and organisations that pass this basic and fair test," Nick said.

Also, the work has just begun for the anons over at WWP, as we can see from these two threads that started in the wee hours this morning:

Intergalactic Bad-Ass Refuses to Back Down in OZ

Intergalactic Bad Ass theage.com ~ Independent senator (in Australia) Nick Xenophon has vowed not to give up on his quest to bring the controversial Church of Scientology to task over tax exemptions.

Yesterday, the Senate voted 28-6 to reject the move, his third attempt to have parliament act on the church. ''A public benefit test currently exists in the United Kingdom and this amendment would introduce a similar process here,'' Senator Xenophon said.

''It seems only fair that an entity must meet this public benefit test if it's to be propped up … by the Australian taxpayer.''

Senator Xenophon told other senators that he would be relentless in pursuing a just outcome for the victims of Scientology.

SBS ~ Scientology had been variously accused of criminal behavior, coercing abortions, stalking, transcending child labor laws and unconscionable treatment of members who were charged hundreds of thousands of dollars for their courses, he said.

"This is an issue that will not go away. Too many people have been hurt by this organization."

Scientology Is A Joke Of A "Religion" [video]

...so it's no wonder they would treat confession as a joke.
metrowny.com ~ Former Church of Scientology member Marty Rathbun says church leader David Miscavige taped Tom Cruise's confessions and then made fun of them while drinking with other church members.

tom criuse is crazyIs this a big surprise? Scientology is a joke of a "religion" so it's no wonder they would treat confession as a joke. There have been hundreds if not thousands of investigations and reports into the corrupt and possibly criminal organization known as the Church of Scientology. A "church" that makes you, not asks for donations, but makes you give them money in order to move up the ranks of the church is outrageous. In fact the whole idea of the Church of Scientology was born for one purpose and one purpose only and that is to make money. Here is a quote from it's founder L. Ron Hubbard in the late 1940s reprinted in Reader's Digest, May 1980, p.1:

"Writing for a penny a word is ridiculous. If a man really wants to make a million dollars, the best way would be to start his own religion"

The Church of Scientology brainwashes it's members in order to completely control them. L. Ron Hubbard even wrote a "brainwashing manual" which is still in existence today. Tom Cruise has been so brainwashed that he is almost completely out of his mind. [continued...]
And what better way to mix Cruise, crazy and big jokes together? Why, with Craig Ferguson's segment on Tom Cruise from the 2009 Montreal Comedy Festival, that's how.

Scientology's Leader Recites Cruise's Confessionals For Cocktail Party Jokes

david miscavige reads tom cruise's secrets at parties TMZ ~ Tom Cruise was secretly videotaped as he spilled his guts in Scientology confessional sessions, and those tapes became fodder for Scientology cocktail party humor.

This according to a high-profile and former high-level member of Scientology.Mark Rathbun says in his blog, he recorded Cruise during the confessional sessions and Scientology guru David Miscavige read the transcripts at parties, "joking and laughing" at them.

Rathbun says the video was "well-concealed" in the VIP auditing room, per orders of Miscavige. Rathbun says Miscavige ordered him to prepare transcripts of the sessions. The, according to Rathbun, Miscavige would hold late night whiskey parties, reading the transcripts and laughing out loud.

Well, my suspicions about DM's (David Miscavige) real purposes for recording Tom's confessions have been confirmed as warranted. I have recently learned from a very reliable witness that DM regularly held court with others in his personal lounge in the roadside Villas at the Int base, and while sipping scotch whiskey at the end of the night,

Miscavige would read Tom's overts and withholds from my reports to others, joking and laughing about the content of Tom's confessions. My witness is unimpeachable in my eyes as his account contains too many accurate details from someone who had zero reason (or ability) for being anywhere near Tom's folders, videos and reports direct to DM. I also know he was a regular, preferred guest at DM's scotch night caps during that period.

BBC's Sweeney Returns w/ Scientology Creeps In Tow [video]

scientology hired private investigators
It seems Mr. Sweeney is doing another Panorama piece on Scientology. No sign of Mr. Footbullet, Tommy Davis, yet but the Church of Scientology just can't seem to learn from it's past. That is how to deal with Sweeney and the BBC. Yep, we've got creepy PI guys, doing creepy PI things. Guess this goes to show Miscavige's Scientology is still the mafia of religious ponzi-schemes.

Scientology's Secret OT VIII Course Room Exposed [video]

freewinds scientology killsbreakingglobalnews.com ~ There have been a number of videos online that have only sort to embarrass Tom Cruise, namely that bizarre Scientology promo video where Tom claims to have more expertise than a paramedic at a roadside accident and the extravagant 6-figure birthday party held on Scientology's flagship, the Freewinds, for the actor.

Now, through a newly leaked video, you can now tour the Church of Scientology's flag vessel M/S Freewinds OT VIII course room. It's supposed to be one the absolutely MOST SECURE rooms on the planet (for Scientologists anyway).

They are aware of fact that entry to this room is strictly prohibited to any passengers and members of Church except top hierarchy members of the organization. But you can see it without paying that pesky six-figure entrance fee.

Assault Followup: Paper Disappoints, Red Flags Fly

Woman guilty of assault. Victim, a Church of Scientology protester, relieved
chronicle herald ~ An assault against a masked demonstrator protesting against the Church of Scientology has landed a Halifax woman in legal trouble.metroNicole Cassandra Andersen, a 40-year-old personal-care worker, pleaded guilty in Halifax on Tuesday to assault for punching the protester in the face near the Scientology Life Improvement Center on Dutch Village Road on Sept. 19. [YouTube video of incident]

Chronicle Herald Parrots Scientology's Spin
A spokeswoman for the Church of Scientology said Wednesday that Andersen is not a member of the church in Halifax and does not have any affiliation with it.
"The answer is no," said Pat Felske, a Church of Scientology spokeswoman in Toronto, "As a matter of fact, when the incident occurred, no one was at the church at all".
In the United States [notice no mention of Canada], there have been several convictions of Anonymous members for cyber attacks and harassment of members of the Church of Scientology, Felske said, adding,"We don’t believe in violence. Our creed [more on this later] is a civilization without insanity, without criminality and without war."

Paper Disappoints Protester
Seems our young protester/victim is none to happy with the way his local paper handled the story, as we can see by his email reply [posted on WWP links added by ODIT]:
Hi Clare,
I have to say I'm a bit disappointed in your article.

I can't really believe you'd allow an organization convicted of infiltrating the Canadian government to make a statement like that without clarifying for your readers that Scientology has a long criminal history in this country... especially when no members of Anonymous have been convicted of any wrong doing in Canada and that we have a great relationship with law enforcement.

letter to the paper Also, I believe I was fairly clear in why I am revealing my name now, and that is because I am being harassed by the Church of Scientology over this incident, as I said to you on the phone "I feel i have to roll with it now". They did not have my name until I was punched and then followed home.

I feel I'm going to have to write a response. I wanted to give you a heads up before I did. I do appreciate your interest in this story, but I can't believe you'd allow Scientology (just recently convicted of fraud as an organization in France over their 'religious' practices) to make an unqualified statement like that.

I'm sorry but I think it's irresponsible journalism, and I plan on saying so.
Regards, XXXX
Did You Order The Code-Red?
halifax assaultNow, back to that statement about about Scientology's creed, as brought up in this post at WWP,
‘We don’t believe in violence. Our creed is a civilization without insanity, without criminality and without war.’~ Pat Felske-Spokeswoman, Church of Scientology.
But, seems they also have a conflicting Code of Honor, in it which states:
• 12) Never fear to hurt another in a just cause.
Red Flags and that Fishy Smell
And as for Pat Felske's statement on whether or not Andersen is member of their group, well red flags are 'a fly'n all over at WWP's many think tanks (along with a strange fishy odor).
Yes, our paperwork sleuths are chomping at their shovel handles, because Nicole Andersen's courtroom appearance seems to have raised some questions:
eg:
• Did her lawyer mean that she has just Now, suddenly, become a caregiver to a disabled person? That would be a little too convenient (sympathy bid).
• Did you see anything in writing that she actually signed or that lawyer said she actually agreed to see a psychiatrist?
• But if she is actually now by law assigned to see a psychiatrist, wait. Would not that disqualify her from being a caregiver to severely disabled?
• And ex-scientologists chiming in how this is all to familiar as to how some go off the deep end.
Not to worry, though. There are plenty of anons over there to keep the facts straight, and not let the conversations get lost in conjecture. But we'll be keeping an eye on it, and report back anything interesting.

'Donkey Punch' Protest Assault Video Released [finally]

11th Hour: Female Aggressor Changes Plea To Guilty
[recap] nationalpost.com ~ On Saturday, September 19, 2009 around 12:30pm AST, a small group met for a routine Scientology protest in Halifax in a vacant lot across from the Church of Scientology Mission at 3441 Dutch Village Rd.

Andersen pleads guiltyAs usual, many were wearing suits and had donned their Guy Fawkes masks, made famous by the film V for Vendetta. It was running just like dozens of others had around the world. They were holding banners with slogans like "Scientology is a Cult" and "whoisdavidmiscavige.com."

Miscavige is Chairman of the Board of Scientology's Religious Technology Center and the acknowledged international leader of the Church. Critics accuse him of physical and emotional abuse against his staff, and a number of lawsuits filed against the church state this behavior is responsible for fostering an overall abusive environment.

Nicole Andersen argues with protesterWithin ten minutes, protesters were approached by a woman, Nicole Cassandra Andersen, who began making claims that they were there to promote hate and should let others believe what they want.

Chris, one of the protesters, remained polite, insisting they were promoting awareness. "This isn't about beliefs," he said. "We are protesting the crimes of this individual," referring to Miscavige.

After making additional comments under her breath and taking photos with a cell phone camera, Andersen resumed what Chris describes as Scientology's "bullbaiting tactics," calling him an idiot, a coward, a fu--er.

At one point when Andersen went on to harangue others, Chris moved closer and asked her to keep the conversation on him. At this point Andersen claimed he was intruding into her personal space. Andersen held up three fingers to his eye. Chris mimicked her action. Andersen then mock punched him in the face and groin, followed by a real punch to Chris' mask-covered cheek. Donkey Punched: The Assault Video
Scientology mission on Dutch Village Rd. in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The internet-based group Anonymous (Chanology division) protests to raise public awareness about the crimes the cult of Scientology practices. Within a few minutes, a woman, named Nicole Andersen, approached the group and accosted them for "promoting hate." She has since pleaded guilty to assaulting a protester.

Court Appearance: November 4th, 2009
[summary courtesy of WWP] Police were called, and Andersen started her journey into Nova Scotia's legal system. Andersen, aged 40, appeared in courtroom #3 at Spring Garden Road in Halifax on a charge of assault against the anonymous protester.

The crown prosecutor was asked by the judge how he wished to proceed with the charge, he replied 'summarily'. As explained earlier this means it will likely be a trial by judge.

Nicole Andersen was asked if she had sought advice from a lawyer, she replied 'no'. She appeared to be nervous and was behaving in a somewhat odd fashion, lurching back and forth from the microphone. The judge asked if she had been given the defense disclosure package, she replied no and it was handed to her in court as she appeared before the microphone.

She was asked if she would like to enter a plea at this time, and she replied that she knew how she wished to plead, and that would be not guilty.
nicole Andersen court appearance"Will you be seeking the council of a lawyer at this time?"
"No." Andersen stated, "I know my story well."
"Ms. Andersen, it does not matter if you know your story well. What matters is that you know the law in order to properly defend yourself."
"Okay.", she replied.
"Would you like to receive advice from a private lawyer or from legal aid?"
Changing her mind, stated, "Legal aid, definitely legal aid."
A quick discussion was had on when appointments are available from legal aid, and with this in mind her next court appearance was scheduled.

Court Appearance: May 4th, 2010
[summary posted by assault victim @ WWP] Today was the scheduled hearing for Nicole Cassandra Andersen, charged with assault against myself. The court session was brief for the most part, mostly just delays surrounding the plea and talking to the prosecutors. Nicole Andersen changed her plea at the 11th hour to guilty, so it's over!

I did not get to testify, but I have submitted my victim impact statement which will be taken into account at the sentencing hearing which has been set for July.
She is unlikely to do time, but will indeed likely have many restrictions put on her.

I'm sure there are public documents, I'll be providing incident numbers for research purposes soon.

I guess Anonymous will now have to use a new credo in Nova Scotia, after the Andersen protest affair, lol.

Scientology "HARD SELL" Cue-Cards Retrieved [pics]

scientology sales cue card
Minneapolis, MN. ~ While Anonymous was celebrating in the May Day Parade in Minneapolis, MN. seems some of them happened upon a a Scientology/Dianetics Stress Test booth buried inside a Spanish grocery store along the parade route. The chance meeting presented any opportunity to retrieve inside printed sales techniques (in the form of a script) that were used in the supposed innocent stress test.
STRESS TEST PATTER
• Hello![handshake] my name is _______________, What's your name? [tells]
• Nice to meet you! [put cans in hands]
• Here's how it works, I'm going to ask you a question, you don't have to say anything and we're going to find out what is causing you the most stress in your life. When the needle moves to the right, that shows stress.
scientolgy stress test script• [Turn the meter on and get the needle on the dial.]
• Think of the different people and situations in your life.
• There! [point to needle falling] That's stress! What did you just think of?
• [Make a big deal out of the read and say this with impact so that it impinges on them]
• [Get in comm. If no real ruin, give them a good and appropriate ack and say:]
Think of something else causing you stress.
• [Get in comm. If still no real ruin, check over the following areas, one at a time, if they haven't already come up: work, family, relationships, health.]
• [If you still have not found a ruin, then look at them with good TR's and high (illegible) and say,] Let me ask you a question, what is the one thing that is really messing up your life?
• [Once you have the ruin, ask] How long has this been going on? , How has this been affecting your life? or How does this effect you? [to make it real.]
scientology stress test script• [Once done, give them a very good acknowledgment and take the cans away and show them the Dianetics book.] Let me show you something. Have you ever heard of this book? [Put the book in their hands and have them read the first two paragraphs of the inside flap of the cover. Let go while they read it. Take the book away when done.]
• What you just told me about, where... [repeat the ruin back as exactly as possible]... this book will show you exactly why that happens and how to fix it.[When you say "...how to fix it", put the book into their hands and let go.]
• [Then immediately without comm lag start to hardsell the person. Make it your own.]
•(note: their caps) GET IT. READ IT. 20 MILLION HAVE. YOU'LL SEE WHY. JUST READ IT. GET THE BOOK AND READ IT. WHY SHOULD I TALK? THERE'S HOW BIG IT IS, IT'S GOING TO BLOW YOU AWAY. BUY IT.
